Berry Heating and Cooling was founded by industry veteran John Berry, a master of his trade with nearly 20 years of experience and a passion for helping people. After graduating from trade school in Shreveport, Louisiana, John spent the next 10 years refining his skills across residential and commercial HVAC projects in the South. He then spent another decade in Kansas City, Missouri, where he managed complex, large-scale projects and became the go-to expert for reliable, long-lasting HVAC solutions, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.
John's extensive experience—from small residential repairs to large commercial installations—has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the HVAC industry, making him uniquely qualified to handle a wide range of challenges. His technical expertise, combined with his dedication to quality work, has earned him the trust of countless clients over the years.
In 2024, John moved his family to Carthage, Texas -- his wife's hometown -- to be closer to aging family members. With that move came the launch of Berry Heating and Cooling: a company built on faith, family, and a promise to deliver trustworthy service to the people of East Texas and Northwest Louisiana.
